The full cost of the consultation will be charged, with no refund given, for cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment time. Appointments within 24 hours of the appointment time cannot be rescheduled.
The full fee will apply for all non-attendance, with no refund given. Should you arrive 30 minutes or more late for your appointment, this will be treated as a non-attendance.
We are able to see you should you have private insurance. Please ensure you have contacted your insurer prior to booking to obtain a valid authorisation number, which will need to be presented to us.
