The easiest way to book is through our online booking system where you can select a date and time that suits you.

We request pre-payment for your appointment via our online payment portal using a debit or credit card at the time of your booking.

We provide a range of appointments ranging from 15 mins to 60 mins consultations. If you are using our service for the first time we would recommend a 30 minute consultation. This allows sufficient time for the doctor to get to know you, ensure your medical history has been comprehensively explored before moving onto your current medical problem and how it’s affecting your life.

If at the end of the consultation investigations are needed, we can help get these done in a timely fashion. We will always be upfront and transparent about the costs of any investigations and would take the time to explain how the investigation would benefit you.

If you need to see a specialist, we can help facilitate this with a private referral to a top specialist that’s local to you. Because we are a private GP service we cannot refer you via the NHS, however with your permission we can write to your NHS GP with our recommendation.

We offer both. We are passionate about face to face appointments, but can also offer video or telephone consultations if this is more convenient for you.

Many people worry that seeing a private GP may affect their NHS GP registration. Rest assured this is not the case. In fact, we strongly advise you to always remain registered with an NHS GP.
